Why do we need sunscreen indoors?

Sunscreens are deemed to be skin guarding lotions. This previously considered fancy cosmetic choice has rapidly gained importance. A very attractive feature of sunscreens includes their all-time use. As the name suggests, one must not forget sunscreen indoors.. However, scientists continue to discover why sunscreens need to be applied indoors too. A very common and logical practice of indoor usage of sunscreen is by swimmers. Every athlete considers it a necessity to apply sunscreen twenty minutes before moving outdoors. This practice helps to prevent red marks and black spots on the skin.

Another important consideration is sunscreen for face. The skin on the face is delicate and easily ruined by the Sun.
